New English Yoga

Yoga is suitable for everyone, regardless of your gender, condition or age. You don’t need experience, everyone practices yoga within their own possibilities and limits.

People experience stress, are very busy and forget to relax. With yoga you focus your attention inwards, so you can notice what is happening in your body and head. You learn through yoga exercises to release unnecessary tension, which creates a better balance between tension and relaxation. The physical aspect of yoga involves postures (asanas) to relax and strengthen your body.

The English Yoga classes start with a free trial class on Wednesday 3 July from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The course lasts 6 weeks and starts on Wednesday, July 10 from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The last course day will be on Wednesday 14 August.
